All members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated are welcome to attend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements to Attend a Chapter Meeting<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Per the AKA Manual of Standard Procedure and\/or Chapter Protocol, visiting members are asked to provide two forms of identification (one primary and one secondary) for meeting entry. Primary identifications may include any government-issued ID. Secondary identifications may include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A current or past financial card (in most cases, the name listed should match the primary ID; exceptions: maiden name, married name)<\/li>\n<li>A copy of your original membership certificate signed by our Corporate Office<\/li>\n<li>A receipt from a Cluster, Regional Conference, or Boule that contains your name<\/li>\n<li>An invitation from an attending chapter member that can validate your sorority membership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are no exceptions for entry into chapter meetings. If you have questions and\/or do not have the necessary documentation, please contact our Membership Chairmans Tanya Bass\/Lettice Midgette (retention@chirhoomega-aka.com), no later than the Wednesday before the monthly meeting with the following subject line: &#8220;ENTRY REQUESTED\u2013Monthly Chapter Meeting.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your consideration and adherence to our guidelines.
